Community partnerships power the City of Durham’s successful energy efficiency and home repair program.

Urban Community AgriNomics (UCAN) and Ellerbe Creek Watershed Association (ECWA) have been partnering on a variety of projects, programs and activities over the past few years. In this video learn about how artist Tiffany Baker brought art to the Bailey Drive Gateway project in the Rochester Heights community of Raleigh, NC. This Park with Purpose is being developed to connect two historically Black communities to the Walnut Creek Wetlands. A Reflective History is an art installation that commemorates the cultural and historical significance of this neighborhood’s residents and educates the larger community on the importance of preserving cultural history in green spaces.
